Refund instructions:

I. Login/register account and jump to the personal center, then click on the payment.

II. Choose "Refund", fill in the reason for the refund, and wait for the background to agree to the refund.

III. If you have any questions, you can send an email to caiwu@baibuhz.com.

Option B: Payment in CNY / USD (人民币/美元) by Bank Transfer

Information for Bank Transfer (Please note "TRC2021 and your name" when remittance):

Note:

(1) After the remittance, please click here to upload the mobile bank transfer screenshot/online bank transfer screenshot/counter remittance document photo to the website.

(2) In order to facilitate reimbursement, we will provide proof that Hangzhou Baibu Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. is the conference company of the TRC2021 conference, and the TRC2021 registration fee is remitted to the account.

(1)汇款后，请点击这里将手机银行转账截图/网上银行转账截图/柜台汇款单据照片上传至网站。

(2)为便于报销，我们将提供证明，证明杭州百步会展服务有限公司为TRC2021会议的会务公司，汇入该账户的为TRC2021会议注册费。
