Accommodation: Domestic participants are requested to make a reservation via official booking telephone (Tel: +86-18911245227, Mr. Sun) to receive the price for TRC2025, which is 550 CNY per room (2 single beds with 2 breakfasts or 1 King bed with 1 breakfast) per night. Tell them you will attend TRC2025 when booking. International participants are requested to make a reservation through TRC2025 Secretariat via Email yanghailu@ustb.edu.cn, to receive the price for TRC2025. Please provide your name, arriving and leaving dates, and preferred room type when sending booking email.
Note: There are few hotels near the venue. Please make a reservation as early as possible (1 month advance recommended).

To visit China a VISA may be required. You can get the updated information about visa application at the homepage of Chinese Visa Application Service Center https://www.visaforchina.cn/. If you need an invitation letter, please send following information to wentaowang@ustb.edu.cn, which are required to be included in the letter by the Chinese Visa Application Service Center. The organizer of TRC2025, USTB, will develop the letter for you.
