重要提示：

1、预定酒店时，我们将通过支付宝收取1晚的房费作为房间预订押金，收款方为杭州百步会展服务有限公司（本次会议指定的会务公司）。会议结束后7个工作日内，押金将会原路退还。

2、参会代表入住时，需在酒店前台付清所有房费并向酒店索要房费发票。 

3、如您的行程有变，需要取消房间预定，请于10月30日23:59之前与我们联系，我们将全额退还您押金。如您需要更改入住时间及天数，也请在该时间之前与我们联系，在房间足够的情况下，我们将尽量为您安排。由于房源紧张，逾期我们将不再接受取消预定、更改入住时间及天数的请求，万望理解。

4、请您在预订时及时完成支付，预订成功以支付完成时间为准，否则预订将不予保留。

Important Notes:

1. When booking the hotel, we will charge one night's room fee through Alipay as the deposit for the room reservation, and the beneficiary is Hangzhou Baibu Conference And Exhibition Co., Ltd. (the conference management company designated for this conference). The deposit will be refunded by the original route within 7 working days after the conference.

2. When the participants check in, they should pay all the room charges at the hotel reception desk.

3. If you need to cancel your reservation due to any change in your schedule, please contact us before 23:59 on October 25th, and we will refund your deposit in full. If you need to change your stay time and number of days, please contact us before that time. If the room is available, we will try our best to arrange for you. Due to the shortage of rooms, we will not accept any request to cancel the reservation or change the check-in time or number of days after the deadline. Please kindly understand.

4. Please complete the payment in time at the time of booking. The successful booking is subject to the payment completion time, otherwise the reservation will not be kept.
